the small things

Aveces me detengo a pensar y a darme cuenta de las pequeñas cosas que hacen mi dia a dia mas agradable y que doy por hecho por la costumbre. Como el fin de semana pasado que fuimos a comprar la bañera para bebeso, caminando, como siempre caminamos a todas partes y en el camino de regreso a la casa, cargando la bañera y demás compras me di cuenta que tal vez antes hubiera dicho "ashhh, extraño tener carro" pero la verdad es que veníamos todo el camino platicando, riendo y tomando fotos; así que dije "en realidad disfruto no tener carro y caminar a todos lados" 

Nuestra ha vida ha cambiado mucho desde que nos mudamos a Montreal, definitivamente para bien, nos ha tomado tiempo, pero ahora vemos las cosas desde otro punto de vista, valoramos el vivir en una ciudad tan linda, segura y con excelente transporte publico que preferimos seguir caminando a estar atrapados en el trafico.

Some times I stop to think and really notice the small things that make my day to day more pleasant but sometimes I take for granted. Like last weekend we went to buy a bath tub for the baby, walking, like we always walk everywhere, and on our way back carrying the tub and the rest of the stuff we bought, I thought maybe, before I would have said "goosh, I miss having a car" but the truth is  we were chatting, joking and taking pictures the whole way, so instead I said "I really enjoy not having a car and be able to walk everywhere" 

Our lives has changed a lot since we moved to Montreal, definitely for good, it has taken us some time, but now we see things differently and we really appreciate living in a nice, secure city with an excellent public transportation so we now prefer to walk and not being stuck in traffic.
