lately

Al parecer Lucas no se ha dado cuenta que ya tiene 11 semanas, todavía no duerme "toda la noche" y ha sido agotador.
El clima en Montreal ha estado hermoso, aire fresco otoñal y soleado.
Ya probe los cafes de la temporada, pumpkin spice latte y salted caramel mocha; demasiado dulces para mi, me quedo con mi tradicional caramel macchiato.
Ultimamente he visto personas con vestimenta ejecutiva y tennis que aprovechan su hora de comida para ir a caminar a Mont Royal, bien por ellos!

Apparently Lucas hasn't noticed he is 11 weeks now, he doesn't "sleep through the night" yet and it's been exhausting! 
Weather in Montreal has been gorgeous, chilly and sunny.
I've already tried this season coffees, pumpkin spice latte and salted caramel mocha; too much sweet for me, I'll stick with my traditional caramel macchiato.
Lately I've seen people in business attire and tennis shoes walking in Mont Royal during lunch break, good for them!

    Salted Caramel Mocha too sweet? Dang! Sounded so good. Then again, my tolerance for "sweet" is pretty high, so I may have to give it a go!

    Your kid may be the cutest little pumpkin I've ever seen! Honestly. That is the most beautiful baby everr! Love your fall look, and I hope I'll look as gorgeous as you when I have a child !

    aww you all look so cute. love the pops of color in your outfit! I am sure he will sleep better eventually. give it some more time. we started sleep training around 4 or 5 months and it worked fantastically!!
